Which Spray Foam Insulation?
Spray foam insulation is often categorized as either ‘open-cell’ or ‘closed-cell’. There are several major differences between the two types depending on your desired spray foam insulation application requirements.

BREATHABLE VENT CARD
Open Cell “breathable” insulation foam is spray-applied on the job site.
As it is sprayed, it increases in volume up to 100-120 times, providing a fully adhered and airtight insulation layer, preventing frozen pipes in winter and keeping your home warm and cosy.
Because it is sprayed, the foam fits all shapes, corners, and cavities perfectly. Our system is totally breathable due to the use of our own fully breathable Vent Card as seen in the diagram. This card allows us to create an air gap as per Irish Building Regulations. NSAI Agrément Certified Fully Breathable System. Our foam has a better fire rating than any other comparable Open Cell spray foam made in Europe passed EN 13501-1 : (Bs1d0).
Non Toxic Product.
Soft spray insulation foam can be applied anywhere fiberglass was traditionally installed.
By replacing fiberglass, home owners get to enjoy improved energy efficiency and greater comfort of spray foam, while avoiding the shortfalls of fiberglass, from its carcinogenic nature to mold susceptibility.
SPRAY FOAM INSULATION

ATTIC INSULATION
When professionally installed, attic insulation is the most cost effective method of saving money on your heating bills, up to a possible 50% reduction could be achieved from a well insulation attic.
ROOF INSULATION
Insulating in between the rafters of your home with spray foam is a cost effective and beneficial way of saving money on your home or office heating bills. A reduction of up to 50% could be achieved.
FLOOR INSULATION
Insulating between the rafters of your floor shows a significant decrease in heat loss from your home. Cold air seeps through your floor cooling the air inside your home.
BOAT INSULATION
The most modern method of insulating your boat or barge is spray foam insulation. Its efficiency in both time taken to apply it and the finished quality keeps it miles ahead of traditional sheet insulation for boats.
SHED INSULATION
Spray foam insulation is the only effective way to insulate your shed with a water tight seal remaining maintenance free for the duration of the building, creating a pleasant and comfortable work or living area. A layer of closed cell spray foam insulation is applied, reducing heating and cooling costs, eliminating drips and condensation, stopping draughts and leakages completely.
OPEN CELL INSULATION
Open cell spray foam is used primarily for residential applications, attic insulation, wall insulation, floor and roof insulation.
The cells are open allowing water vapour to escape. When used with the ‘breathable vent card system’, the required building standard 50mm air gap between foam and felt is met allowing your timbers to ‘breathe’.The foam can expand to between 150-250 times its size filling every nook and cranny.
Polyurethane spray foam insulation is inert after application providing a healthy, warm environment for you and your family.
Application areas:
CLOSED CELL INSULATION
Closed cell spray foam is used in commercial, industrial and agricultural applications. The foam can be applied to any metal or concert structure.
It is not breathable and forms a dense, rigid material that straightens your existing structure. The foams expansion is much less than that of open cell spray foam.
Used to eliminate damp and condensation, closed cell is often used in commercial application to reduce the build up of condensation as well as for its insulation properties.
Application areas:
CAVITY WALL INSULATION
Cavity Wall Insulation EPS Beads are injected into the cavity space within the wall, spreading and filling the cavity space, leaving no voids, gaps or joints. The beads gently wrap themselves throughout the cavity, from floor level to ceiling or roof line without a joint, leak or crack, providing a total fill within the cavity space.
Cavity Wall Insulation is ideal for when an area of walling is opened with a view to adding an extension, the existing Bead Insulation can be easily roughened to allow a bedded key joint to attach and continue in line of the new profile of the walling. Running from floor line to roof line and providing a full fill to the area of wall, without the need for any other insulation to be installed, this removes the need for insulation boards to be attached within the cavity space, inner or outer walls.
